The Study of Personal Experiences with Accessing Care in the South (SPECS), is a multi-site study from the University of Kentucky, the University of Miami, and The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill that hopes to better understand the healthcare needs of adults with recent involvement in the justice system.​
